There are numerous restaurants and good shops near Frenchmans Lookout. They vary in price and style. There are 2 full-service supermarkets in Road Town, and good specialty shopping right on Frenchman's Cay.

Pusser's Landing Restaurant and Company Store is located at Soper's Hole Wharf and Marina in Frenchman's Cay. Seafood and steaks in an old fashioned English setting next to the yachts. This is by far the most popular full service wharf for yachtsmen, and live music and dancing usually follow dinner on weekends.

Jolly Roger, Located in Soper's Hole Marina, near the West End Ferries. It is nautical and breezy and serves International, West Indian, Pizza and Mexican specials. They frequently have local musicians and reggae.

Sebastian's is located in Apple Bay, West End, right on the beach. Serves everything from fresh fish to hamburgers, in an open beach setting overlooking Jost van Dyke.

Long Bay Beach Resort Restaurant, located at the Long Bay Beach Resort and Hotel has two restaurants. "the Garden" serves an extensive table d'hote menu. "The Beach Cafe", situated in an old sugar mill, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sugar Mill is located in nearby Apple Bay. Owners Jinx and Jeff Morgan (Bon Appetit Magazine) operate this lovely candlelit restaurant fashioned out of the ruins of a former sugar plantation. A favorite place for a sophisticated dinner.

Palms Delight is located on the water in nearby Carrot Bay is the best inexpensive meal in Tortola you will find, serving local specialties in a completely casual atmosphere.

CoCo Plums is located in Apple Bay. It is an new restaurant with good international food and pizza to go.

Bananakeet at Heritage Villas is a new restaurant on Windy Hill along the road to Cane Garden Bay. It has outstanding casual gourmet international food on a site with spectacular sunsets.
